By purchasing/booking this product, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
The Snap Receipt device does not store photos. Once a photo is taken and printed, it is automatically deleted from the device, and Symmetric does not retain any digital copy.
The person taking the photo is responsible for obtaining the consent of anyone appearing in it. Once the photo is taken, printed, and released from the device, it becomes the responsibility of the person taking the photo. Symmetric is not responsible for its loss, use, sharing, or access by any third party.
The Snap Receipt device must be used properly and handled with care. Users must not open, tamper with, modify any components, or change the device settings without consulting the service provider.
The customer is responsible for any damage, breakage, or malfunction resulting from misuse, negligence, or tampering during the rental period, including any applicable repair or replacement costs depending on the extent of the damage.
The customer who made the booking is responsible for the use of the device by their guests and children at the event, including any damage resulting from improper use.
If any technical issue occurs or assistance is required, the customer should contact the service provider present at the event directly. Users must not attempt to open, repair, or change the settings of the device.
Refunds are only available if the booking is cancelled at least 3 days before the booking date. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the booking date.

لا يقوم جهاز Snap Receipt بتخزين الصور. بمجرد التقاط الصورة وطباعتها، يتم حذفها تلقائياً من الجهاز، ولا تحتفظ Symmetric بأي نسخة رقمية منها.
تقع مسؤولية الحصول على موافقة الأشخاص الظاهرين في الصورة على الشخص الذي يقوم بالتصوير. وبمجرد التقاط الصورة وطباعتها وخروجها من الجهاز، تصبح الصورة تحت مسؤولية المصوّر، ولا تتحمل Symmetric أي مسؤولية عن فقدانها أو استخدامها أو مشاركتها أو وصولها إلى أي طرف آخر.
يجب استخدام جهاز Snap Receipt والمحافظة عليه بالشكل الصحيح، ويُمنع فتح الجهاز أو العبث به أو بمكوناته أو تغيير إعداداته دون الرجوع إلى مزود الخدمة.
يتحمل العميل مسؤولية أي تلف أو كسر أو عطل ناتج عن سوء الاستخدام أو الإهمال أو العبث بالجهاز خلال فترة التأجير، بما في ذلك تكاليف الإصلاح أو الاستبدال بحسب حجم الضرر.
يتحمل العميل صاحب الحجز مسؤولية استخدام الجهاز من قِبل ضيوفه والأطفال المتواجدين في موقع الفعالية، بما في ذلك أي تلف أو ضرر ينتج عن سوء استخدامهم للجهاز.
في حال حدوث أي عطل أو الحاجة إلى مساعدة أثناء استخدام الجهاز، يجب التواصل مباشرةً مع مزود الخدمة المتواجد في موقع الفعالية، وعدم محاولة فتح الجهاز أو إصلاحه أو تغيير إعداداته.
يمكن استرداد المبلغ المدفوع فقط في حال إلغاء الحجز قبل 3 أيام على الأقل من تاريخ الحجز. ولا يتم استرداد أي مبلغ في حال الإلغاء خلال أقل من 3 أيام من تاريخ الحجز.
